Meet Kimberly

Hello, I’m Kimberly W. Evans, Director of Operations and the heart behind Amethyst Royale Official Signings, LLC.

I believe notarization is about more than a signature and a stamp. Often, the documents that need to be notarized are connected to some of life’s most important decisions — preparing for the future, caring for a loved one, handling family matters, or simply making sure important business is taken care of properly.

That’s why I created Amethyst Royale Official Signings with a focus on providing a reliable, respectful, and convenient notary experience. I meet clients where they are — at home, at work, in healthcare and senior living settings, or another agreed-upon location throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

I assist with the notarization of advance directives, powers of attorney, estate planning documents, affidavits, acknowledgments, healthcare-related documents, and other general notary documents.

My goal is simple: when you have an important document in front of you, I want the notarization process to be the part you don’t have to worry about.
